Occupied-to-Vacant Processing
$15 per photo
A room overcrowded with furniture, furnishings and decorations will never feel or look spacious. And no one, especially your potential buyers, would like to see a picture of a packed, cluttered space with things that are not theirs. Virtually remove furniture or personal belonging of the previous owner from your occupied listing to make it look vacant.

+ What is the turnaround time for virtual staging?
Standard turnaround time for virtual staging services is 24-48 hours. Please note that large orders can take the full 48 hours, depending on complexity. Rush order options are available (see below).
+ Can I rush order virtual staging?
We offer two rush options:
24-hour turnaround for an additional fee of $6 per image
12-hour turnaround for an additional fee of $12 per image
+ Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes! Orders of 7 photos or fewer start at $23 per image. Orders of 8 or more start at just $16 per image.
+ Can I make custom staging requests?
We can accommodate a variety of custom requests. For example, we can add blinds or curtains to windows, televisions with or without images, even game tables like foosball and poker to game rooms! If you have any custom requests, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to fulfill them.
+ How will I place my virtual staging order?
When we notify you by email that your edited images have been uploaded, we will include a virtual staging order form. This will ask you to identify each image/room that needs virtual staging, along with any other details or requests you may have.
Please note that we cannot begin the virtual staging process until your images have been edited by our Production Artists.
+ How will I recieve my virtually staged images?
We will upload them to your client portal and notify you when they are ready!
+ Are there any additional fees?
Virtually staging an already-furnished room may also require Object Removal or Occupied-to-Vacant processing, in which case that additional fee would apply.
+ Can I order Clutter Removal / Occupied-to-Vacant / Virtual Renovations without full virtual staging?
Yes. Clutter Removal, Occupied-to-Vacant, and Virtual Renovations may all be ordered without additional virtual staging.
